Shipping policy

 Our shipping and handling can take approximately 6-10 days standard shipping. Occasionally your package may also stop at customs for a few days, so please keep this in mind. If your package doesn’t arrive on time for your occasion, we are not held responsible. Our return policy still applies.

 However, there may be times when delays occur. This can occur at any time especially during public holidays such as Christmas, Easter and bank holidays. We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused as once the parcel has been dispatched by us, it is then the responsibility of the mail service to deliver your parcel on time.
